This is very important, there are a lot of Internet companies out there selling compatible Toners Cartridges and the only way to contact them is through their email and then you have to wait for their response. What do you do? Do you Call the printer repair man? Talk to the Toner Company FIRST. A lot of the print quality problems are caused by a defective Toner Cartridge. Both OEM and Compatible Toner Cartridges Fail from time to time. Compatibles a little more often because some of the parts are reused when they are remanufactured.
